I love real estate! I love everything about real estate. After 5 Enterprise was started in November of 2016 in New Harmony, Indiana and has since then moved to Carmi, Illinois where it is now located. We buy lower priced homes and remodel them, rent them out, refinance the remodeled home to recover invested monies and the forced equity that results from the remodel. Then we take that money and buy another home. The company has built a nice portfolio of properties so far and intends to keep growing it’s holdings, into the future. We are looking forward to branching out into apartment building, a property management firm, and much, much more.
